This SRI MANJUNATHA EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY NGO charity is working on Key Issues of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries, Agriculture, Education & Literacy, Labour & Employment, Micro Finance (SHGs), Vocational Training, Women's Development & Empowerment

Major Activities and Achievements
Manjunatha Education and Development Society has conducted several awareness programs. This Awareness program highlighted the importance of nutrition at the time of pregnancy as well as lactating period. 40 women participated and benefited from the program. we also distributed bed sheets, blankets and conducted several general health camps and free medicines were distributed. we have carried out several capacity buildings programs for women and law. 40 women were benefited from these programs. we also impart tailoring and embroidery training to women who hail from poor and marginalized communities. this program has helped 84 women. we work with various network organizations to help children access their right to proper healthcare, basic education, a healthy environment, protection from abuse & exploitation, and participation in decisions that affect their lives. we encourage children to express their views and be actively involved in improving their communities. we have celebrated National festivals like Independence Day, Republic Day, Kannada Rajyotsava, Women's Day in our organization to make the public aware of the importance of the events.
